Anxiety-Busting 1-to-1 Private Session

Let's ditch this Instagram-filtered "women with perfect bumps floating around in white" idea for a moment and get real here: pregnancy can be really stressful and can bring out anxiety in us ALL!

Adding a pandemic into the mix, and I know for a fact that there's a LOT of stressed out Mamas out there, and so I have created this session just for you! I know that money is tight, and maybe you can't hire a doula for your whole pregnancy, so sessions like this can really help in so many ways without you committing to hiring me for the whole kit and caboodle.

Maybe there's an element of your pregnancy that you need more support around?

 

Perhaps you're recognising a trigger of anxiety about your upcoming birth and you'd like help unpacking it to see how you can reframe it?

Or maybe you'd like a joint session with your partner to talk practicals about labour and birth and see ways that you can both work together as a team on the day?

This session helps you unpack your mind of worries, and an opportunity for me to hold you in a safe and confidential space and figure out some constructive ways that we can turn stress into excitement and how mindfulness can play a big part in helping shift our mindset to prepare for a positive birth experience. 

These sessions can be booked individually, but sometimes benefit from two or more spaced out throughout your pregnancy if you'd like.

2 hours + Virtual follow-up = £60
